I went into the office this morning for 8a and left at noon. This was lunch, chicken and potatoes. It took from 1p to 245p to get it down.

Life as I progressed once diagnosed with Cancer.

The hole in my chest appears to have finally sealed off the stomach side as there was.much less to no food leakage this morning.
That may be gross, but it is progress.
Energy
Sat around till almost noon. Then finally got going and rode into Round Rock. I drove back and still had energy through the evening. Get to bed about midnight.
ache
I’m not sure why, but I ache everywhere. Every joint is sore today and kind of stiff. I hope they loosen up as the day goes along. I also hope it doesn’t impact me consumption of the calories and protein needed today.

Had a ham sandwich for lunch. It was two slices of bread three thin slices of ham and a little bit of butter. It washed down okay little tough at times but that’s cuz it’s old bread.
