PET shows it is only in my left and right lymph nodes of the neck and at the base/back of the tongue. 35 treatments of radiation and 7 chemo treatments to be completed by June if all goes well. 78% success rate. I’m healthy and have a positive attitude which is in my favor.

Waiting
Arrived at 12:15 and waiting for appointment.
Revealed
Only 6 more hours and the answers sallow be revealed.
Referral
I looked online for the referral in my chart and did not find it. I called the insurance and they could not find it. I was rude, bitched and hung up. I called the pcp and they were closed. I called insurance again and the guy was trying to be helpful, but wasn’t able to find anything.
I loozed back at my email and noticed that there was another location in my chart where I received a letter no a message. Well, low and behold there it was.
Ok what the hell good is the insurance company if they can’t even do their job?
I will leave it at that!!
Nervous
I have been nervous and anxious about the test results tomorrow. I know they will be whatever they are and it will not change, but there is something about knowing the results that helps with acceptance. No matter what they end up being, I will starting a one day at a time lifestyle again.
