I just drank a can of V8 with very little pain. I put in a glass and drink it without a straw and drink it quickly. As I drank it I did follow it with a sip of water, but nevertheless it was 12 ounces of V8 and cause very little pain.

Well when we got home, Susan started mowing the front yard and I pulled the weeds in the backyard. I got most of them by the time she got done cutting the front yard. I then came in and now she’s cutting the backyard. It’s good to be able to contribute a little bit again.
healing
The peg tube hole appears to be healing nicely.
eat
I have been finding it more difficult to eat enough while working the entire day. I am missing the 2000 calorie mark each day. Still holding 200 lbs and that us the main goal right now.
I have a doctor appointment tomorrow.
Work
I’m going to try full days at work from this points forward. Made the full day again today.
