Went to ER for same symptoms but not a heart attack. Arrived at 130.

Life as I progressed once diagnosed with Cancer.

Last night was the first night home after the heart attack and stent being installed. Bed at 830p, woke at 11 to pee and drink. Woke again at 230a kinda frantic as I felt I was in a pool of sweat. Git up to pee and drink water. After some time I was able to go back to sleep. Woke up at 530a with aches all over. The aches had started while still at the hospital and they said all loo ok ef good. Got up at 7a and drafter the art a morning pee.

Health
I had a Dr Appt yesterday. I am healthy and white counts are back to normal.
I was told to keep eating and it will continue to get better.
Throat specialist appt tomorrow.
Yard
We arrived home is normal and then I proceeded to go outside and take care of the front yard. First I edged with the edger, then I cut the grass, followed by cleanup of the grass clippings with the leaf blower. I think I started at about 5:30p and I came in at about 7:15p. Not bad; I hope to be able to keep up this level of energy.
Nutrition
Still playing catch up at work. Many things I was not aware of while out of the office.
I ended the day with decent nutrition numbers. No boost or Jevity again today.
1729 calories and 115 protein. Although not great I did tip the scale at 205 last night, so I am slowly gaining. I just hope it is muscle and not fat. LOL
