Wow. Who would have known that the year of 2014 would fly by. It is 8/6/14 and we have not completed the house. If that isbt bad enough, we have lost Freckles and three kittens. The garden was a flop again this year. We will be taking financial losses on selling property in Wisconsin. We have identified issues with the new house. We ran shorter on funds than anticipated. We were contacted by the IRS twice to pay in more money. Susan’s job still sucks for the third year and no change appears possible as the boss is making problems for anyone trying to get another job that does not leave. Stress levels for my job are still up as we try to make headway from being behind for over 2 years.

OK change gears!!

The year has been flying by.
We are on 8/6/2014 and we gave had very few hot days. We have had above average rain. The tanks have water. The grass is coming in outside in the yard. I may get a promotion. I have a good team at work that is trainable. We may be out from under the Wisconsin property. We will have to pay less out monthly once the Wisconsin property sells. We have fewer responsibilities for pets and should be able to just disappear for a few days if we would like. Utility bills have been less this summer. We have got many projects done atound the house. The yard looks better.

OK that goes to show that life can suck. Things can go wrong as they commonly do and if you look hard or put a spin on things you can if you want find good things to concentrate on. This allows you to put less focus on all the shit that happens to us. It is possible for anyone to look at things in a different perspective if they REALLY want to.

So stop bitching and start looking at things with a positive spin.
Good luck as it can be done by anyone who tries hard enough.
I think I may start believing it if I spend more time thinking of good or positive items.

tough

It was another tough day.  How many living things do we need to loose before the pain and anguish will stop?

We have tough time with plans. We lost 7 cats in Bastrop.  We lost 2 dogs in Bastrop.  We lost one dog here. We have lost 4 cats here.  We have lost many people over the years and I am not sure how much more we can take!

I worry about Susan, but it is really starting to take its toll on me also. I am finding it more difficult to deal with as the other stresses of the new house, work and additional events take place.  I know Susan has started worrying about me as she has made comments recently.    That has been on my mind also.

What would happen if something happened to ME?  Lots of eggs in one basket at this time.  I really need to get instructions down on paper of how things may continue.  I need to get all the financial papers in an easy to follow guide.  This needs to show where money comes from and where it goes to.   Also I need to document what needs to be done to pay off the loans and if there will be any income at that point.   It all does depend on when things happen.

O boy,  what a mess I need to clean up.  i also need to ditch the stress and realize most things are out of my control.  Life happens and we are just interacting bystanders that make decisions that change the directions of our own lives.  Each person must make their own decisions and live by the outcome of those decisions.   The decision can be as simple as getting up each day early or taking medication daily or exercising or eating the correct diet for themselves.  Nevertheless we are all responsible for our own decisions in life no matter how big, small, right, wrong or whatever the being made is.
