I finished the performance reviews tonight and will print and deliver them in the morning. I should have them fully completed by noon.
One more item completed for the year. 🙂

I looked up my position this week and validated the pay is properly aligned with the position. I am happy to say all is correct and I am by title and pay now the ISO for the agency. 🙂

I had to put in a few hours to get the employee evaluations started. I will look them over tomorrow and perform them on Thursday.

I am ready to sleep any time now!
