Solar eclipse – information

From: Oct.14, Sat 10:25 AM
To: Oct.14, Sat 1:34 PM

As seen from the Earth, a solar eclipse is a type of eclipse that occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, and the Moon fully or partially blocks (“occults”) the Sun. This can happen only at new moon, when the Sun and the Moon are in conjunction as seen from Earth in an alignment referred to as syzygy. In a total eclipse, the disk of the Sun is fully obscured by the Moon. In partial and annular eclipses only part of the Sun is obscured.

I realized that I don’t post as frequently as I have in the past. I feel this has partly to do with the heart attack back in May. Although the rehab went well the heat has been brutal. Thebtempbare finally stating under 100. Due to the rain this month the yard has greened up and i was able to cleanup around the goldfish pond. I spent a few hours outside and feel good. It has been a good day so far. I moved the honeybee box this morning and hope to get back out there to clean up hoppys cage.
