Spent the afternoon cooking for the fridge and freezer. Made a pork loin that manes 5 meals. Also made rice that makes 3 to 4 meals. The loin goes in the freezer the rice in the fridge.

Mom is finishing her chemo treatment today and she only has one more remaining on January 24, 2024.

Susan walked with me today. It was nice having the company.

Finished the 2 miles and just completed my stretching.

50 minutes.

It has been awhile, but I am finally out for a daily walk. I have 1 mile done.
