Wouldn’t you know it; I changed my Niacin a couple of weeks ago. Now this week a rash shows up. I think it is due to a change in type and not amount increase. I am going to stop taking them and see if the rash subsides.

We took the afternoon off. It was for a cramped back and to take a break. I am not sure it did much but I hope tomorrow is a good last day of the week.
