We actually paid TCB Landscaping to build a patio at the GT house.   They started on the 7th and finished on 14th.   They had irrigation issues so they will return on the 19th for that.

Yesterday we spent time looking a replacement car for the folks 2019 Equinox. We selected a 2025 Kia Soul. We had a 2010 Kia Soul and really liked it.

Today we went and bought it. We also sold the folks car and they can borrow ours if they need it. I usually drive them to Appointments anyway.

As I laid the temporary linoleum in the parents bath, the toilet started leaking. I had to remove the toilet and reseat the non wax ring.

It will be tiled when we figure out what tile to lay in the house.

The front patio was started on Friday. It should be done by Thursday.

Just finished using the tractor to cut around the shop and house other thank the back yard. Lawn tractor is still charging.
