Just sent this in a USPs survey.

I am trying to find out the status of a fee refund.
I double paid to receive a package short on postage.
I double paid because there was no response on the package status.

Now I am trying to find out the staus of the refund after sending the forms and proof, but haven’t heard anything back from the post office.

I tried call as it is over thirty minutes to drive there and I have never been able to get a person. The phone system usually makes a single attempt and then tells me to havee a good day.

Frustrating system, glad I do not need to interact much with USPS and I try to do everything electronically to avoid the entire USPS system.

Sorry for the negative response, but it is truthful.
