We went to the Elgin cardboard boat races today followed by a ok lunch and then came home.

Overall a good day.

Happy Birthday to my wonderful wife Susan. She has stood by me and supported me through all the difficult and uphill climbs over the years. Another year older but many years wiser.

Today is the last day to back out with the option clause on the house at 417 Monarch Trail Georgetown Texas.

We really just would like this transaction to be completed. Lol
