The trip tp the doctor for mom yesterday revealed a small blood clot in her leg. The meds she was prescribed are like $700 and 300 if you have insurance. I called and was able to get a coupon for a free sample month so there was no cost.

Thank goodness for making an effort and thanks to the docs for helping us find the solution.

Allergies still doing me in. Eyes are the worst and then stuffed or runny nose.

We lost the big turken last night. Lots if feathers but no body. Looks like she hid in the tall grass instead of going in the pen last night. Current status is 4 laying hens, one rooster and one old hoppy hen.
