Last night I forgot to lock up Hoppy and the results were almost deadly. Dad called out to us letting us know a possum was by Hoppy. She lost feathers and I found her in the pond. Probably not her first choice but it likely saved her life.
She is doing good this morning.
Been spending time in the apartment organizing, cleaning and trashing stuff.
Made room for the bike and am working on the WIFI to watch shows over the internet.
Should start using the bike this week. Hope it is better than walking. Walking is ok for new places, but stale if it’s the same walk day after day. I also don’t do cold or rain so it’s been a week or two since I walked.
I know it’s bad so I’m getting the apartment set.
Port Aransas at the Sandcastle Condominiums & Event Center. We thought about this place for purchase in the past. Rental was nice and competitive with other hotels of its class.

Special Weather Statement. …COLD THURSDAY MORNING LOWS EXPECTED… Light winds and clear skies will lead to chilly overnight temperatures, with near freezing conditions by sunrise. Widespread low temperatures will be just above freezing, although cold drainage into low lying areas may result in temperatures at or below 32 degrees for a few hours. Any freezing temperatures should warm to above 32 degrees by 9 AM Thursday morning. Practice cold weather safety by wearing layers if outdoors and bringing pets and sensitive plants inside.
