Yesterday on Easter I sorted and cleaned the bedroom at the apartment.

We started working on Minolia’s apartment about 730a and did something related till about 330p. Made great improvements. Food is done, trash and boxes cleaned up. Bed cleaned off and broke down to make room for moving and cleaning.

Having a tough time processing the dead, body moved person gone thing again. Really has a feeling of senselessness to it. Someone is here, then they are not and life continues without a skip. Why is such a big deal made for some people’s lives and nit for other, we are actually all equal when it comes down to tissue and fluids.

Again just a strange thing people, pets, animals and plants, all have a just and a reason and are just gone.

Bye Minolia, thanks for the good memories even though they do come packages in life with the bad.

You will be missed.

Sad day today!

Brought mom to her surgery today and arrived back at the farm at 11.40a. My sister asked me to check on Aunt Minolia since she did not respond to her morning text. I walked over and found her sleeping in her chair. The front door open and the TV on. I went in and saw the dog had urinated on the floor. I called out to Minolia again, bit there was no response. I noticed her legs were starting to color and she was very white. I checked to find her cold and unresponsive. It appears that she had got up this morning and started her morning routine. Then sat and passed with her phone in one hand and pen in the other.

I called 911 and delt with the 281 address ordeal and the Milam sheriff arrived, later followed by the precinct judge and lastly the funeral home.

It is sad that she’s gone, but hopefully she is in a better place. She was happy some of the time and those are the memories I will retain.

There is a heron that frequents our pond, Not sure if it is the as same one or different ones, but it is here almost daily.
