Finally started on the shower. About 4 hours from 930a to 130p

Dad helped move the old fencing to the ravine and the drove truck while I picked up trash 🗑 along 445. I try to do it on Sundays as it helps it look good during the week.

Then sat by the pond. Cleaned the circulation pump and cleaned up some stone that was oubof place.

Just realized I haven’t Posted anything since the 1st of Feb.

Here is a recap of the last few day

Our power was out for about 12 hours. Chloe’s was out for days! There were so many people without power again it was sad.
We did test the new generator and prefer it over the old one. I have an easy process in place for when yje power goes out. Propane is definitely the was to go.
I am still looking into the auto switch over system like Crystal had installed.

The photo on Feb 2 of the mail was sad because they put the mail in the box could not close it so the storms soaked the mail. Very frustrating how lazy people can impact you.

Next is Feb 3, the furnace tripped again, but it may have been due to the power tripping.

Then this year Greg agreed to an increase in the land rents. This will help with the taxes, he will be paying over half over of the taxes now.

Also on Feb 3 we had 2 coyotes on the yard and the dog barking didn’t phase them.

Feb 5th changed the Peacock TV Payment schedule.

Did the first run on this year’s taxes, but haven’t started on the master shower yet.

Installed the shop work bench and made more room in the shop by organizing.

Fixed the shop wiring including the fan, but still didn’t add the thermostat. 🙁

This year’s ice storm. Interesting how this has been happening almost every year now.
