We submitted our passport applications on Monday May 22 and they they recieved them on May 25th. They rejected Susan’s due to some type of photo issue. They also rejected mine due to no previous passport.
The did not elaborate on why the photo eas not accepted.
They also did see my passbook card, but thankfully returned it to me.
Notcsurecwhatvto do. We will go to US Post office to see if they can tell us what is wrong.
