I heard a noise on the garage. Went out both birds were in their boxes and appeared to be sleeping. Then I heard flapping to find JR on his back dead. Lost two birds this week. Night have been different if not so cold or had power.

Thawing out some roosters that didn’t get inside and had water frozen feathers.
