Case closed.

The young County sheriff officer took my info and then looked at the shipping box. He found the watch loose in the box. This is still strange and I say it was a theft that someone second guessed their decision!

Either way the problem is solved and I can use the watch and call Sprint in the morning.

Sprint / TMOBILE requires a police report to be filled to change out ghe devices. Waiting on the county sheriff officer to arrive to take ghe report.

My watch arrived today, kind of!

At 5:30p an Amazon truck stopped in and dropped off the UPS package containing the Samsung Warch. He stated it was about 15 minutes from here on the side of the road. I brought it in the house and noticed the package was damaged. I opened the box to find the inside package damaged also.

I cut the plastic tabs and opened the box to find no watch inside!

Have been on the phone for 10 minutes trying to report the issue!
