Last few days were hectic.

28th lots of grass cutting with tractor and walk behind. Self propelled mowers are nice and easier on the body.

29th worked on new chicken run and then grilled chicken and pork.

30th worked on new chicken run and started looking into selling Austin.

31st worked on new chicken run, existing chicken runs and coops.

Today was first call on houses. Zillow will call Me in 48 hours with preliminary quote.
Uploaded 50 images to Redfin and have a call with them in the morning.
Have Opendoor call in the morning tomorrow.
Also reached out to feel out realtor. Hope to hear from them tomorrow.

Worked on austin today. Fixed garage door and carpet to be fixed Thursday. Susan cut the back yard.

Talked with a neighbor who just sold. House was listed fir 6 days. Recieved 25k over asking price. Bought a few months after us and comparable. He about doubled his investment. Great for him, hope we do ok also.
