If all goes as planned, Austin house 🏠will be paid off this month. It has been quite the adventure with Taxes, but not being able to itemize removes the need to have loan interest. A few things made this happen. One was the property tax cap, it cut out a good chunk. Then there was the farm being paid off, this was the biggest change. Looks like we ha e standard deduction and then the farm loss or gain. Taxes might be easier from this year forward. 😆

Made progress on the deck. Deck boards are on. Just need one cut to size and then the fron and back framing board.

Taxes have been submitted and accepted. Looks like we ended up paying about $260 this year. That’s better than the $1200 last year.
