I woke up and decided life is good!
I have had some experiences and need to be thankful. Here is some of my life’s experiences.
Attended College while in high school
Served in the US Army, Served in the US Army Reserved and Served in the Alabama National Guard
Worked at an Aluminum foundy
Was a Long haul truck driver
Worked for the Department of Defense at Ft McCoy
Had numerous various jobs to make ends meet
Have friendships from childhood, military and other points in life.
Lived out of my car for a month
Lived in a park for a week waiting on the close of a house
Lived in Wi, TX, Al and Fl
Have owned houses in Anniston Al, Mishicot Wi, Sparta Wi, Tomah Wi, DelValle TX, Manitowoc Wi, Bastrop TX, Thorndale Tx and Austin TX.
Have owned 40 Acres of land in Cato Wi and 105 acres in Thorndale Tx.
Worked for Texas Parks and Wildlife for 20 years
Lost everything in the Bastrop Wildlifes of 2011.
Designed my own house
Had help building the house I designed on the 105 acres in Thorndale tx
Watched my father in law take his last breath
Watched my mother in law loose her battle with cancer and take he last breath
Had head neck cancer in 2017
Experienced radiation and chemotherapy
Had shingles
Raised guineas and chickens
Retired at age 53 from being an Information/ Cyber Security Officer-ISO
Planted various plants and trees on the farm
Created a pond and stocked with copper nose bluegills
Had wonderful animal companions. Truman, Bean, Mickey, Victor, Freckles, Baxter and many cats including InkBlot, Alley Cat and Firecracker.
Moved my aunt to the farm
Moved my parents to the farm.
Traveled to Jamaica, Mexico and Alaska
Visited the states of WI, NY, NJ Washington DC, VA, CA, AL, FL, NV, TX, LA, CO, WY, MN, MI, OH, WA, IL, AR, AZ, Ak
Most of all I have been married for 28 years to a beautifl and caring woman who has supported and aided me through all of the good and bad. A lot of this mat not have been possible without her support. I look forward to creating many more great memories with her.
