Arrived home about noon. Put the items from the farm away. Oiled eggs and trimmed the back yard. Then made rice and the went out and pulled weeds in the front yard. Edged front lawn then mowed the front lawn. Came in and watched TV frustrated that I have to work tonight for a meeting tomorrow.

Starting work now so I don’t have to stay up too late.

I’m not really sure what to expect, but this might be a big storm coming our way.

Susan was stung by a wasp yesterday her hand is still swelling.

As yesterday was the summer solstice today was a day with plenty of daylight.

I had a tough time getting started as the dog, Baxter, barked a lot last night. Then I began with bringing the purple martin birdhouse down to remove a sparrow nest. Then moved on to weeding a little in the garden. followed by a break in the house as it was hot out side.
A little later I did some weed trimming and balancing the spa chemicals. And knocked down a wasp nest where Susan was working.
Then I came back in the house help setup dads computer and relaxed for a bit before prepping the food dad made.
After eating I noticed the sink was draining slow so I worked on that, it was not a quick resolution. It is draining better now.
Then I tried to relax, but replaced the broken part on the dishwasher instead. Hope that fixes the dishwasher issues.

Then I looked an saw it was 10p so I headed to bed.
I look outside to see if the plastic owl deterred the guineas and it has for today.

The two Male Guineas feel they belong on the pergola. I will be anchoring screws and fishing line along the boards tomorrow.
