Dennis,
Per our phone conversation on in the morning of May 23rd, 2019 and in reference the letter written on October 26th, 2017.
Please calculate the price for the hay storage in the barn and the storage outside on the land also. The cost should be per year and the amount due will be for year of 2018 and for the year of 2019 since it is already June.
If you would like I can make an assessment of the value, but not living in Wisconsin will make it more difficult.
Please be fair in your calculations. There are at least 2 covered barn locations and at least 5 outside ground locations where hay has been stored. Most storage appears to large round bales and large square bales.
I am not sure how much time you were able to make to research storage costs so I supplied some information that will hopefully help aid you in your calculation.

Thank you for taking time to supply the information and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sad that I need to deal with this!
I was surprised not to receive confirmation on the price you were going to pay before you started storing the hay on the property. Please make fair calculation for the storage in the barn and outside on the land also. The cost will be for 2018 and now again for 2019 since it is already June.
if you would like I can assess the values I believe is fair.

Thank you.
The keyboard finally added shortcuts. I added lub for Love you both. And mm for michael@itotx.com. I’ll add the others back as I recall them.
I have had no issues with my phone overheating up to this point since the factory reset.
