You : that line has CALLER ID installed! a 2.99 a month fee that is not suppose to be on there!

You : this was taken care of March or April and it wasnt supposed to be possible for her to reenable it.
Courtney J. : Yes I am able to check that there is a Caller ID that was in the line ending in 9272. No need to worry I will cancel this feature for you not to be charged moving forward.

This is certainly not appropriate and misconduct. I am forwarding the complaint on a priority basis which will ensure that the appropriate action is taken against that individual to avoid the repetition of such incident in future.
