Shop door

Long work day today. Susan and I headed to Taylor to pick up a post hole digger for the tractor. We also grabbed a few apple trees an a wisteria vine. We arrived home at 920a. Then ate a little breakfast and headed out to work on the shop door at 945a. Dad and I worked until 1230p and then came in for a little lunch. By this time we had everything ready to mount the door
We decided to go back to work at 1p and see what we could get done. Well we were able to get the door lifted up on top the scaffold, but then hit a snag! The back of the tractor wouldn’t fit in the shop opening. Needless to say we bit the bullet and finished clearing the opening, this made a point of no return. We eventually cleared the area and backed the tractor in.
Now we had to navigate the tight area and lift the door up another three feet. It was slower than we expected. We aligned the door as needed and temporary bolted in place. Then after much frustration we were able to get the chain drive on bolt everything
Eventually we were able to finish mounting and operate the door. Finally got back to the house at 950p to finish off the day.
It still needs tension bolts tightened, the area sealed and the job prettied up.
