Tortilla

3 cups AP Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Baking Powder, then cut in 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil. Stir in 1 cup Warm Water until a nice, kneadable dough forms. Shape into 8 balls and rest, covered by a tea towel while the machine warms up. Just be sure to let the light turn off before you cook each tortilla. They get a bit hard and chewy if the temperature isn’t allowed to get back up.Life’s better outside.®
