I was up at 7 looking for the missing guineas. It was a tough night as I realized that they are less than 12 weeks old. I never should have allowed them to be out overnight.

Nevertheless we have 1 confirmed death and 3 missing.

The only white one was killed by the house and has been buried in the pet cemetery.

There are 6 remaining, 2 grey and 4 brown.

Another sad day! :'(

I was woke by a clatter and fouund it to be a guinea hen under attack. I flipped on lights and looked for my glasses and the commotion had ended. I went outside and that ihen I found it dead. Not are just killed. We no longer have the white one and the head count is down to 9.

I looked around and found 2 in the pen another one out of the pen. I enticed the one onto the pen and counted three in the pen. I found one in the tree for a count of 5 with the dead one. There are 5 unaccounted for at this point. I did hear commotion in the,,but could not see anything.

Sad night and I should have put them in tonight so I feel responsible for the losses tonight.
