Have you ever felt not appreciated? I know I say pay and a title doesn’t mean much to me, but for some reason I feel others should not be paid more than or this.position must not be that important. Atvtimes I feel taken advantage of and lacking respect.
I know many people I work with do appreciate me and are extremely happy that I am there. Unfortunately I feel my assistance to fix the problem allows others to take advantage of me due to the situation.
Although I explain why I make the decisions I make I am not sure that matters and others see it as an opportunity to take advantage or request more than they should.
Either way it has been a tough month juggling my team efforts, my work load and the additional work load needed to help IT.
I guess I am tired and depressed! I need to find a way to snap out if it! It could be worse. I could have had bad cancer news added in top, but I don’t. That’s a good thing! My team appreciates me, that’s good also.
Money helps, but I have budgeted so that more is not needed just helpful. That’s a good thing too.
Enough already, just get over it!
