The storm hit just after we came back from the meter.

 

Still holding at rate of zero after filling the hole. It was a race against time as a storm was brewing.

The water line was tested and the rate of flow was 0.

We have the pipe patched and are waiting to see the recommended time before testing.

We found the leak! Of course I damaged the pipe a little more during the discovery process.
