Godaddy

My survey response to Go Daddy.

I have been with Goddaybfor about 9 years. I expected everything to continue to be ok, and purchased 10 years hosting. This appears to have been a mistake as my recent experiences have been nothing like the first 9 years. I am unable to get direct answers for what what my hosting includes. It appears the current service is not what I need according to the vague responses I receive and that no refunds are given. From the information I am recieving. GoDaddy wants to sell me services based on their offerings, but will not fully define these services. They also do not want me to leverage the potential of the services I have paid for. Did I mention that with the lsc of information that they will provide, they still will not allow a refund for the year paid even though they will not allow me use the services.

Sorry for the poor response, but I could not get clear direct answers from the third party my tech was speaking with.
I really wanted clear direction on what is expected of me. I was hoping to see the requirements defined on the web for me to follow. I tried to follow the rules as I have for the last 9 years. Now the ambiguity of unlimited storage, unlimited databases, with the 250k file limitation and trying to leverage the backup tool within the offered apps is difficult.
Especially when being told to clear all content from the site. I would continue to try and get my point across. But I doubt these are ever read in the first place. It is sad how some things change over time. It make me want to turn back time to take back all the good recommendations about Godday I have given over the years.
