The lilies in town look ok.

The grilled pork over the direct heat was the most flavorful and lots of smoke. The aluminum wrapped slow cooked had mild flavor and little smoke flavor as I did not remove e foil. I think I can make the grilled smoked version on the gas grill. I will attempt other smoking ventures with and without foil.

Took some time to do a little grilli g this weekend. Full pork loin being made 3 different ways. Grilled, smoked and smoked with onions. Will see how they turn out.
