Well,
We received a call that the tub is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.
WTF? Really?
It arrived at the shipping company CRST back on January 8th 2018. I never heard a peep and started calling for a status on the 12th or 19th of January. In February I called as I still did not hear from anyone and we decided to cancel the order. From that point on I have been working to get a refund. Tomorrow makes two months of the tub just sitting there when a proactive company could have done one of many options.
They could have:
Rented a truck from another company
Hired another company to do the move
Worked with me when I asked about driving to Dallas and picking it up.
They really need to do a better job at their job! Now they can send it back to PA or give me a butload of savings for the hassle!
I am rather sure are will not be a savings and the tub will be going back to Pennsylvania.
