We have used DVRs sense mid 2000, we lost our first one in the fire and the parents DVR just died recently. I decided to invest and a whole-house DVR. I selected tablo as it has 4 tuners and you can watch it from TVs computers tablets and phones. You can even watch the things that were recorded away from the house if you have an internet connection that is reliable and fast enough.

So this is what I worked on tonight before heading to bed out at the farm. It’s up and running and Mom will load the shows that she wants to record tomorrow.
