fatigued
I find myself very fatigued today. I feel as though I could sleep all day.
I hopped on the scale and saw in the morning I am at 198. I really need to see 200 so they don’t think I am loosing any weight.
sore
My throat has been sore today. I hope it gets accustomed to me eating and the pain exists for less time and then not at all.
I know it will take a bit of time,but I look forward to not having pain.
food
Working on real food. I forced the yogurt down this morning even though it was watered down. Now when eating the watermelon it has already made my throat sore. I remember dr. Wu stating warm soup and tea, so I’m going to try that next. I hope it helps to soothe the sore throat.
