Today I had less energy and my throat is now continuing to hurt.
Had to come home from work earlier today.
I hope to have some small recoveries yet along the way.

Tired
I have not been sleeping very well over the last few weeks. The weekend was tough and I had above the normal pain level. I had difficulty swallowing also.
I did get some rest last night as we begin week 3 of 7.
