There is a possibility that the main floor tile can be installed this week! That will tile the kitchen, dining room, utility room, spare bath and shower, pantry and halls. It is about 600 SF and impossible for me to do this fast by myself. I am making adjustments to finances to get it installed, but think it may be the best overall. It will be Dan of Monarch, the same contractor that did the countertops.

Utility
Here is the utility sink. The final connections are not made, but this how it will go.

Kitchen plumbing just needing final connections.
Builder
Most items are done and the builder will be complete. The parents closet door has been corrected. The duct covering in the staircase has been framed as well as the garage door trim. The front door just needs its finalizing and he is completed.
We keyed all the locks, went to Sam's club, picked up part at HD, grabbed groceries at HEB and picked up the living room couches in north Austin. Oh, and repaired the broken water pipe at tge outside shutoff faucet.
I am not looking forward to going to work on Monday!!

We will head into north Austin tomorrow to pickup the living room couch and loveseat.
