Just reading the requirements of plumbing of waste and venting. Again want to follow code and it correct the first time. I also only have 5 roof vent stacks and need to combine the different draining to accommodate the vents.

There was no work done by anyone on the new house today.
I did set my insurance for the cars figured out. 🙂 and something else that.escapes me at the.moment.

The wire is ran in half the utility room. The dining room is done. The parents closet is done. The parents bath is done. Half the parents bedroom is done. We also have all the door handles and deadbolts on the doors. I still need to bore out deadbolt holes in the jam of the 3 single doors. Also the front wood door is not done nor installed. I aslo have the upstairs door that news work.

Trying to work a deal wih Pam and Roy on he property in Bastrop. If they do not come back with a reasonable offer,we think they think our offer was to high.
We did get some electrical done yesterday and today. We started on the doors handles today and have 2 done.
