This basically fulfilled a shitty day! I know it was our fault and only slightly worse than burning popcorn. We had our first fire that we ever has to deal with. It was not a grease fire, but instead it was a microwave fire. It is so common I can’t believe it actually happened. There was food in micro and we were in the living room. Not like it is that far 10 to 20 feet. 😉 Anyway, the food was on a paper towel and there was not enough moisture in the food. Poof flame, smoke, stink and a mess to clean up. I put the food in the sink. Then I tested the micro to serif it was safe and it appearedto be so I put water and lemon in a glass bowl and turned it on. Once it started boiling I turned it off and scrubbed. Little by little the smoke came off. Once it was as good as I think I will get it, I cooked a cheese sandwich. Seems fine, but itciuld have been one hellofa night. All is fine, just the thought of another fire is kinda sucky. There is still a little smoke smell, but what do you expect. Have a good night.

Went to bed last night and it reminded me of camping. Woke up to 58 in the house, not much different than camping. Oh! Other than a hot shower and clean clothes. Got home from work and the temp in the house was about 58. Looks like another cool one tonight.

It was a Monday. Alarm went off to get up and the temps in the house were not really that warm. When we arrived home for the eve it was only 63 in the house. It was going to be a cool one.

It hasrained off n on all day. It appears that the tank is filling. Once the sides are dry I will get another photo.

I am amazed that we ate getting another rainy day. We can definitely use the water. I need to learn the things I can do in the rain. Or at least inside projects that I can do.
