We left the house at about 9am. Drove to http://www.coushattacasinoresort.com/ and arrived about 3pm. Selected a room at a hotel, $59 instead of $95 a night. We then went back to the casino for an hour and headed to eat some food. After eating at a local restaurant, we had chicken sausage gumbo that was not better than Susan’s rice meat soup in the Nesco, we went back to the casino. Well we spent $25 gambling, not bad as we went twice before in 20 years and have allotted $20 each. We won $80 so the hotel and meal was almost covered. We head to Pensacola Fl tomorrow.

Well it is the day after Christmas and we should be packing up and heading out on our trip today. It is strange as a small wee little part is nervous due to the loss on the last trip. I know it is silly, but it is the way I feel.

I should only have a desk strip to make, but I had to add bath ceiling and insulation to the the list. Ponce the rain stops and I can get the saw out side I will finish the porch strip and the desk. Once I get to the depot for a sheet of green board and insulation.

Well the small puncture wound of last week has slowly started healing. It started as a pock like wound, kinda like Phillips screwdriver look. Over the days it hollowed out to about the diameter of a pencil. It also looked deep also. Today it appears to have just about sealed from the inside. I am looking forward to it finally getting a scab and finishing healing.
