Work

Susan went in to work. No overtime just comptime.
I drove out to the farm, installed the outlet for the trailer, but I had to drive to Taylor to get a breaker. Thank goodness they had one since there were none in Bastrop or Austin. That cooked off an hour. I did get the shower fixed, it just needed thread tape. I alao put the numbers on the mailbox and brought in her mail.
The trailer cooled so I disconnected it and came home.
Three hours driving for five hours of work. It could have been worse.

Moving right along

I was able to get the safety inspection and oil changed while I shopped at Dome Depot. Then I took care of the three registrations and picked up the plates. I headed over to the bank but it didn’t open until 9AM. I sat there waiting, rather patiently I must say. I closed the accounts, grabbed the check and headed to the post office. I stuck the papers, the statements and the check in an express envelope and sealed it. then I had to go back out to the car for the address as it was now sealed in the envelope. I ended up with the other clerk and the price somehow went up about two dollars. I paid and thought farewell! It looks like it will be there on Monday. Now if they process it and end this chapter of our life.
I arrived home around 9:30 and worked on the job app a little, then flew the helicopter to see how much juice it has. It is about 15 minutes. I will now do a little application reading.

Probate

I emailed the lawyer to see what is happening with probate. Of course he said he was going to call me. He asked some questions we had already answered, but I told him again. He was going to send the information, but had a family emergency. His assistant is putting it together and will send it tomorrow.
I also called the bank to see how to close the trust accounts and I need to do it in person. We just want this over, All we hope is we do not need to put up anymore cash for this to close.
