Just wanted to make note that today is the birthday of my cousin Wendy. She passed away many years ago due to spina bifida. She would have been 41 years old today. As much as I try not think of what might have been in life, I do tend to wonder every few years how it would have been if she would of had a normal life and was still living today.
Wendy, we think of you, miss you and will always love you.

The TNSNAMES.ORA file consolidation is done and we started testing today. Looking good so far. Things were a little better today. Sounds like a storm may be blowing through. We can only hope. 🙂
I read till about 10:30 and made some good progress on the book. Yippee!
Watched a few shows tonight and need to look at the weather. 🙂

Well Friday the 6th I looked for a landfill and worked around the house.
Saturday the 7th I went to the farm, loaded trash and went to the dump. This actually tired me out. Up early traveled to the farm and then spent a few hours loading up everything. The drive and cost was not as bad as I expected. I also found a place to recycle glass. It is Taylor Texas behind Walgreen’s.
Sunday the 8th I just cooked cleaned and milled around the house if I remember correctly. I started to worry about the RIF and wondering if I will be one of the ones that they lay off. This caused poor sleeping.
Today I had to go back to work and after not sleeping very well, I would have rather not going in. Glad it was over and I am going to go to bed and read. I am not in a rather bummed mood. Hope things get better.

First off I am glad the week is over.
Well top on my things to worry about is the RIF!
Yes we can count on the reduction in force to happen this year, but we just do not know who it will be.
I also completed the first round of the ora file consolation. Now to see if anyone elsd has another file to be merged.
Let the weekend begin! Oh I am also on call this month.

Well the gas prices are still up there at about 3.80.
I feel real bad for the families with only one vehicle that is a gas guzzeling truck. I know if ee still had to run the truck daily it would tap us out.
