Well, I almost wanna say that notta thing was accomplished on the trip to the farm. Except I did get a handful of things done. I finished the screen door before running back to get the meds that weren’t available yesterday.
We came home after I picked up the meds. I did not find the cause of the stink even after extending vent tube.
After getting home I put the plants in place around the yard and ghen cut the grass. That concludeconcludes the work day.

I started the day taking care of Minolia’s stuff. I left the house at 7:30 and headed to do her shopping. I arrived at the farm at about 9:30.
When I arrived I noticed that one of the vent covers had blown apart. Of course the dog had to be a fool and run off immediatly.
I did get a lot done even with soke set backs.
The gate has been cut so it is functional again. I installed the lattice windbreaks. I fixed the vent on the trailer. I covered the fan vent with screen. I installed the shop screen door.
I guess I should mention that there is a bird nest in the shop. Sad to say but the babies are not going to make it. Remember I just covered the fan vent.
I stopped working at about 9 tonight. We have plans for tomorrow so I’m heading to bed.

Gold fish look fine, tadpoles surviving, plants hanging on and my work week is over.
Things are going good.

Pond check revealed that the eggs hatched and the tadpoles are free. I also saw the large tadpole and think that its tail is shrinking.
Work was nothing great, but itvwas nice tovmake headway on some of the issues.

OK. I am not going to get into thid too deep, but how is it that a manager can read so much into something or blow it so far out of proportion and be the only one to see it?
Had a meeting today and my manager sent my team lead to fetch me. Now keep in mind they just did this in an open office to another coworker. I went to the office, a non closed office, without a door. Then he started in on my actions and attitude in the earlier medting. I know I sas not taking the meeting seriously, but come on. This was a meeting to see if we had any input about canceling a project another section was working on. I was side tracked with things that will happen now wigh some changes that were put in place. LSS a bunch of delusions of grandeur! I did get a little pissed about him calling me on my actions and lashed out about the two of them. Sad when very few people trust or respect their management.
Anyway I talked to the person who called the original meeting and he could not understand how there could be problem.
I just goes to show once again that the management really does apoor job of filling their management positions. The still fill bg freinds and not skill.
