I watched a little TV, Talk to my oldest sister and then rad a book. Now it is time to get some sleep.

Yep. back at work today.  You know, things sure have changed.  I know that things change as they always will, but I am still amazed that some things can change for the worst.  Change for the better is good.  Change for the bad is not!  I still love the company I work for, it is just that a lot that has changed has not been for the good.   It is now like living in a live comedy show.  The decisions are usually not based on logic or what is best for the agency, but seems to be what is best for the personal gain.  Good decisions bring personal satisfaction and strong underlying values.  Here it is more so how can I look good,  as long as it does not embarrass me and I was not responsible for that.  The last one is amazing as so many people will not take responsibility for almost anything.  If you are not going to take responsibility then why are you the one in the position and role of leader, manager and/or decision maker?  I often wonder if this lack of responsibility flows over or originated from their home/ personal life.

Well enough about that.  it is time to try and make a difference with the limited latitude and authority given to do my job.

We are going to look at the property today, as we did not make it out there yesterday.  Interestingly enough we looked  at it last September, so we are almost a year apart.
