I just received a call and the offer appears to be accepted!
Now to try to get financing so we can close before October 1st.

Interesting day at work trying to finalize for a deployment. Once I got home I thought I would make a cold casserole to use some of the MAYO I bought accidentally instead of miracle whip. While cutting the onions I zipped a part of the tip of my thumb. :-O I iced it and then once I know I was not going to faint I put a bandage on it. Ill keep it iced until bed. I am sure it is going to hurt.

It is actually raining. Nice to see in the summer. <:-P We do not get much rain in the summer and when the temps are close to or above 100 the rain, any rain is always welcomed.

I finished angels and Demons. It was a little too predictable! It was a good book overall. I just feel like I am wasting time reading when there are so many other things I could be doing. Anyway the weekend was nice and rather uneventful. 🙂 I am not really looking forward to going to work tomorrow, but at least I will get the bid on the property put in.

Talked with my Realtor and he is back in town tonight. We went to South Austin Bar and Grill ( Vinny’s) to meet some friends we haven’t seen in a few years. It was good time and the food and drinks were OK also. I would recommend the place for any casual get together. Got home sat out by the pond, caught a recorded show and now going to read.
